Cheshire Cake Smash and Paint Splash Photographer – George’s Paint Splash!

img_0383

George was one of my first models here at Little Primrose Photography, about a year ago. At just a few months old he stole the show back then. Now, at over 1 year old, he’s still brilliant in front of the camera!

To celebrate his first birthday, George came to our studio to have a Paint Splash! A creative alternative to the usual Cake Smash, for the more artistic individuals. A great idea for older children as well as babies.

Mum and Dad came too and gave me free reign over colour schemes so obviously rainbow colours was the way to go! We had a portrait session first with George dressed in his finest clothes; some pictures with Mum and Dad; the paint splash and finally (the bit George wasn’t so keen on!) a splash in the bath!

At our cosy home studio in Sandbach, Cheshire, George really made himself at home. The paint splash was actually much tidier than I imagined it would be: probably cleaner than a cake smash! He had a rainbow of colours to choose from and a selection of tools at his disposal. He really went to town painting the floor and himself! And Mum… and Dad… and my bunting…. hahaha.

George seemed very pleased with his final piece of art which Mum and Dad can keep (if they can find a wall big enough to put it on!). His family have got a collection of memories to treasure forever: a rainbow of photographs that match George’s colourful personality.

If you’d like to book a Paint Splash or Cake Smash to celebrate a birthday, whether it’s one, three or thirty! Please get in touch with Little Primrose Photography now. We are a baby and family photographers based in Sandbach but we cover most of the South Cheshire Area.
